Hi World~ I am the CEO of C4GS-ZEDlife, a visionary community development firm within California that is restoring America's communities through Economic Eco-systems and Sustainable Building Practices. I led a team of multiple organizations awarded a $1M grant from the California Energy Commission EPIC Challenge for mixed-use housing in a carbon-constrained future. I help urban communities explore neuroscience through practical application. We are currently working on developing Eco Districts and Villages in the UK and US - where historically disinvested communities can gain access to Green Tech training, jobs, and sustainable housing.
