Nargis Fontaine

Nargis Fontaine is a Project Manager III with the City of Atlanta’s Department of City Planning, where she leads the Atlanta Main Street Program and manages initiatives that support small businesses and neighborhood commercial corridors. Her work centers on advancing equitable development, particularly in historically disinvested communities, by aligning city resources, community priorities, and strategic partnerships.

With a background spanning local government, community development, and human services, Nargis brings a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to her work.
