Brandon Smith

Brandon N. Smith is a community leader and social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in criminal justice reform, wildfire recovery, and workforce development. He co-founded the Forestry and Fire Recruitment Program, helping formerly incarcerated firefighters build lasting careers, and now leads efforts to rebuild Altadena after the Eaton Fire. Brandon’s work bridges climate resilience and community safety, creating pathways to employment while advancing equity in under resourced communities.
