Christine Kroger is a systems thinker and community-rooted strategist advancing equity through place-based institutions. As Founder and Executive Director of Neighborhood North Museum of Play, she leads a children’s museum initiative in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania that integrates play, arts, and education into neighborhood infrastructure.

Having lived in multiple regions across the U.S., including Washington, DC and Atlanta, she brings a broad perspective to her work, now grounded in the Rust Belt community she calls home. With over 20 years of experience across education, public libraries, community development, and public art, Christine builds cross-sector models that reimagine how communities learn and thrive. Her work focuses on creating accessible, culturally responsive, and sustainable spaces that position play and creativity as essential to community well-being and transformation.
