Karen Elisabeth ("Lolli") Knight is a Regenerative Design Consultant and facilitator who helps communities strengthen the relationships between people, place, and the living systems that sustain them. Drawing from regenerative design, biomimicry, Living Future principles, and the Just Communities framework, she convenes conversations that cultivate belonging, ecological stewardship, and community resilience. Through her Common Ground initiative in Bastrop County, Texas, she explores how listening—to residents, local history, and the more-than-human world—can inform equitable, place-based solutions that help communities flourish.

Lolli is the co-founder of Ardor Wood Farm, a regenerative demonstration landscape and learning place in Central Texas, where she brings people together through nature-based education, collaborative programs, and restorative land stewardship. She previously managed implementation of Austin's nationally recognized Cities Connecting Children to Nature initiative and is a Living Future Accredited (LFA) professional through the International Living Future Institute's Living Building Challenge. She holds a Master's degree in Arts, Health & Society from the European Graduate School in Switzerland. Her work bridges ecological regeneration, civic participation, and community design to help communities become more socially connected, ecologically resilient, and regenerative for generations to come.
