Kysha Brown is principal of Compositions Coaching. A powerful coach and an asset on complex projects, she has contributed to local, national and international leadership initiatives. A Just Communities Accredited Practitioner, Brown has supported leaders and collaboratives for more than 20 years in community development and collaborative coordination. She is an ICF Certified Executive Coach and a member of Forbes Coaches Council. Bringing her success as an executive coach and licensed accountability coach and trainer, she facilitates the work of planning and collaborative development and guides leaders through the process of working with partners and teams to put plans into action.
