Just Communities Certified has specific terms and conditions that all prospective communities must agree to participate in the verification program. Prior to registering, we encourage you to review the Just Communities Certified Agreement.

Register Your Community

The final step in registering your community is to pay the initiation fee and set up your community profile. We offer the following pricing options:

1. PAY AS YOU GO

We offer a pricing plan that allows each community to pay for each individual step towards Certification at the time of submitting your endorsement documents, including:

Registration

  • Initiation Fee: $1,000

Certification

  • Formation Endorsement; $2,500
  • Governance Endorsement: $3,500
  • Roadmap Endorsement: $4,500

Re-Certification (biennial)

  • Renewal Endorsement: $2,500

2. FULL CERTIFICATION BUNDLE

For communities that prefer to pay the full costs of becoming certified, we offer a discounted bundled price for $10,500 (a $1,00 savings) that covers the Initiation Fee and three endorsement steps – Formation, Governance and Roadmap required to achieve Just Communities Certified.
