Rob is a Senior Advisor at Partnership for Southern Equity and new Just Communities initiative launched in January of 2024. Prior to joining PSE, Rob founded EcoDistricts, a nonprofit he founded in 2013 to encourage cities, developers and community-based organizations to embrace climate action, resiliency, and equity in all phases of urban regeneration and community development – from visioning through planning, design, and development. In 2021, PSE acquired EcoDistricts. Over the past fifteen years, Rob helped to convene and train over 5,000 people representing over 1,000 organizations and advised 100+ project teams from 335 cities and 16 countries. Today Just Communities includes over 850 Accredited Practitioners (AP) and nine certified communities in the US and abroad.
